The Spot Challenge #160 - Congratulations Card Challenge Introducing some of the New SU 2021-2023 In Colors and Products!

Hi There! I hope your week is off to a fabulous start!  Today is a wonderful day for me as the New Stampin' Up! 2021-2022 Annual Catalog is live today!  I'm over with The Spot Design Team with a Congratulations Themed Card for this week's challenge!

I used the beautiful new Hand-Penned Petals Bundle along with some new In Colors... Soft Succulent, Evening Evergreen, Pale Papaya and Fresh Freesia!  How about that I used 4 of the new 5 2021-2023 In Colors!!

My Card Base is a half sheet of Soft Succulent Cardstock measuring 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4" for a side folding card.  I added a layer of  Basic White measuring 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" and a layer of the beautiful Hand-Penned DSP measuring 3-3/4" x 5".  I ran a strip of the beautiful in Pale Papaya 3/8" Open Weave Ribbon around the front of the card base and added a small piece of Fresh Freesia ribbon in prior to finishing off the knot in the upper left side.  I added some a die cut piece of Fresh Freesia using the Hippo and Friends Dies.  I cut another label from the same set in Basic White.  I used Evening Evergreen to stamp the Congratulations sentiment from the Hand-Penned Petals Stamp Set.  On Scrap Basic White, I stamped the outline of one of the floral images from the Hand-Penned Petals Stamp Set in Evening Evergreen.  The fill-in parts were stamped using the Soft Succulent, Fresh Freesia, and Pale Papaya Inks.  I used the coordinating dies to cut out the floral image and adhered to the white label using liquid multipurpose adhesive.  I added a small strip of the DSP used on the background for a scallop strip that went right under the white label before attaching it to the larger Fresh Freesia label.  I adhered the double label layers onto the card base using Dimensionals.  To Finish the front of the card off I added 3 of the new 2021-2023 In-Color Gems in Fresh Freesia.  I added one of the Genial Gems in Pale Papaya to the center of the flower stamped in that color.

Here's the inside of my card..

I stamped the "You're Absolutely Amazing" Sentiment from the new Color & Contour Stamp Set in Evening Evergreen.  I thought it was perfect for a Congratulations Card.  I added one of the flowers on the bottom right from the Hand-Penned Petals Stamp Set stamped in Soft Succulent and Pale Papaya and then added a small strip of the DSP used on the Front of the Card to finish it off!

Thanks for stopping by!  Make sure you check out some of the fabulous new products in the new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog!

Blessings, Tina

SIP #188 - Designer's Choice with Concord & 9th Floral Print Silhouette Bundle

Hello and Happy Tuesday!  I hope this week is starting off to be a good one.  Did you have as much rain over the weekend as we did here in Middle Tennessee?  There was a crazy lot of flooding in so many places that it was really just sad to see.  I'm hoping that we can have quite a few dry days so we can all dry out!  I spent most of the weekend in the house with the dogs.

Well the good news today is that Stamp, Ink, Paper has a new Challenge and it's my all time favorite...... that's right... It's Designer's Choice.

This week, I'm using my favorite new product.. Concord & 9th Floral Print Silhouette Bundle.  I made 10 cards with it on Sunday and could have kept going all night!

The stamps are awesome and the dies and soooo cool!  If you haven't seen the bundle, you should really head over to Concord & 9th and check it out.  I also added a sentiment strip from the Simon Says Stamp Simple Sentiments II - You are Loved.  It has some fabulous sentiments that I have not seen elsewhere!  It was designed by Cathy Zielske.  If you've never watched her on Youtube, you should really check her out!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Blessings, Tina

Hi Friends!  Happy Tuesday!  I hope your week is off to an awesome start!  This week over at Stamp, Ink, Paper we have a Something for Baby Challenge!

I decided to go a little non-traditional for this card and used some awesome new stuff from the Concord & 9th August Release

What can be happier than welcoming a new baby in the world?  I decided to use the So Happy For You Bundle for my floral hoop and flowers!  The Oh Happy Day die cut is from the Top It Off Bundle and the background was stamped with the Shiplap Sentiments Stamp Set!  What a bunch of awesome new products!  I LOVE the Shiplap!  Of course I'm all about Fixer Upper, Chippy Paint, Shiplap and Farmhouse Decor!  The flowers, leaves, and sprigs from the So Happy For You Bundle as just beautiful!  I feel sure I'll use that bundle a lot as well!

SIP Challenge #40 Tic-Tac-Toe

Hi all, I hope you're having a wonderful week!  I'm back over at Stamp, Ink, Paper this week with my card for this fun Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge!

For my card I decided to go down the third row, with Buttons, Congrats, and Ribbon or Twine.

This was a simple card that came together super quickly.  In other words, it's not much of a "Tina" card.  But I am honestly trying to not "over-think" my cards so from time to time you may see a kinder, gentler, Tina.... lol
